Washington Group Expects $25 Million Charge for Late Completion

Washington Group International announced today that it expects to record a pre-tax charge of approximately $25 million (approximately $15 million after tax, or $0.48 per diluted share) in its second quarter ended June 29, 2007, related to a joint venture fixed-price highway-construction project in Southern California.
